UAE and Japan Discuss Ways to Boost Security Cooperation

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Monday, December 22nd 2014 [ME NewsWire]
Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior, met yesterday Sunday in his office at the ministry HE Yoshihiko Camo, Japan’s Ambassador to the UAE.
A number of issues of common interest were discussed during the meeting, as well as ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the UAE and Japan, especially in areas of policing and security.
The meeting was attended by Lieutenant Colonel  Khamis Salem Al Kaabi,  Legal Counsel at the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs and Major  Abdul Rahman  Al Jwaied, Acting  Head of the International Cooperation Department in the Ministry of Interior.
