Al Raisi to Urge the Public to Avail of the MoI E-Services

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Saturday, December 20th 2014 [ME NewsWire]

Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, will be making a radio address on Sunday to provide the public with a set of advice and guidance messages. This broadcast marks the launch of the ‘Security Glances’ Campaign, organized by the Radio Branch at the Security Media Department at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. The five-week campaign will include awareness messages and security tips presented by service departments’ directors at the Ministry of Interior and the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters (GHQ) via the various radio stations across the UAE.

In his address, Major General Al Raisi will focus on encouraging members of the public to avail of the e-services provided by the Ministry of Interior via its website and smart phone applications. “The Ministry is keen to delivering its services to community members anywhere anytime using all available means, and without the hassle of visiting the service centers,” he added.

Major General Al Raisi emphasized that promoting government efficiency requires developing sophisticated and modern services that are easily accessible and available around the clock. “This would help to achieve technical linking and integration among government agencies concerned with service provision in various stages, with a view of enhancing customers’ experience and improving the quality of services offered to customers, so as to achieve the government objectives of reaching full customer satisfaction,” he concluded.
