Saif bin Zayed Chairs Policies and Strategies Council Meeting

Called for Implementing International Best Standards

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Saturday, February 21st 2015 [ME NewsWire]

Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior urged police leaders to implement advanced international best standards and continue to develop and provide quality services to members of the public, in pursuance of the Ministry of Interior’s Strategy 2014-2016.

Chairing the MoI’s Policies and Strategies Council meeting, which was recently at Al Ittihad Hall at the ministry’s headquarters, H.H Sheikh Saif discussed a number of topics pertaining to the development of police and security work, in accordance with the future vision of the Ministry of Interior’s general strategy.

The meeting was attended by Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior; HE Lt. General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of the Dubai Police and General Security; Major General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Resources and Support Services; in addition to police chiefs in the UAE, and directors general at the Ministry of Interior.
