MoI Pavilion at the Government Achievements Exhibition Attracts Large Turnout of Visitors

The Ministry of Interior’s Pavilion at the Dubai International Government Achievements Exhibition (DIGAE) attracted a large turnout of visitors who reviewed the different initiatives and projects displayed by the ministry, which reflect the spirit of innovation and creativity of its staff members. These projects and initiatives aim to promote the UAE’s competitiveness and highlight the flurry of time and effort saving services offered to the public.

Colonel Nasser Khadem Al Ka’bi, Head of the Customer Service Department at the Ministry of Interior and Supervisor of the Ministry of Interior’s Pavilion, expressed his heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the visitors, who showed interest in the ministry’s pavilion. “The visitors expressed their satisfaction with the services and programs offered by the ministry, and were acquainted with the most prominent projects that were displayed in the pavilion,” he said. Moreover, Colonel Al Ka’bi praised the efforts made by the organizers of the exhibition to reflect a civilized image of the UAE, commending the good organization and management.

Adding further, Colonel Al Ka’bi said: “This participation highlights the ministry’s role and the higher leadership’s commitment and tireless efforts to support the transformation to smart government. It also aims to acquaint the public with the ministry’s efforts to develop the quality of its services and ensure its customers’ satisfaction.”

Colonel Al Ka’bi pointed out that the Ministry of Interior was keen to take part in the fourth edition of the Dubai International Government Achievements Exhibition (DIGAE), which draws a wide international participation every year, with a flurry of innovations and initiatives in government services that are highly regarded at the international level.

He indicated that the participation in this event reflects the commitment of the Ministry of Interior to complete the transformation towards smart government, in line with the directives of the higher leadership. It also translates its keenness to develop services provided to the public in order to achieve customers’ happiness and satisfaction. Colonel Al Ka’bi explained: “The Ministry of Interior’s staff members present at the exhibition had the opportunity to review the achievements of several entities from inside the country and abroad. Together, they exchanged the best practices in the smart services delivery.”

In conclusion, Colonel Al Ka’bi noted that through its platform, the Ministry of Interior acquainted the exhibition’s participants and visitors with its cutting-edge programs and projects. “These projects include the Service Delivery Follow-up System Project at the Ministry of Interior, the “Smart Travel System” and the Smart Library Project,” he said.

The Ministry of Interior’s pavilion at the Exhibition allowed visitors to register in the “Smart Travel System”, as part of the e-ports project that was recently launched by the Ministry of Interior at the Abu Dhabi Airport.
