The Training Department at the Directorate General of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ recently celebrated the graduation of 54 staff members after completing three specialized security courses carried out under the supervision of European experts.
As many as 15 participants attended the "Investigation and Procedures to Counter Fraud" course, which aimed at sharing the French customs experience in countering counterfeit goods, medications, and health equipment.
The second course, titled "Inspection, Arrest, and Confiscation Procedures", was attended by 25 staff members and tackled the French experience in inspection procedures.
The third course was attended by 14 staff members, and tackled the subject of "Developing Effective Interview and Interrogation Skills". The course focused on improving police inspectors' interview and interrogation skills and the essentials of investigative interviewing.
