(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Andersen Global has entered into a Collaboration Agreement with Kreich Avocats, an independent full-service law firm in Chad, marking the organization’s debut in the country as it continues to expand its platform in Africa.
Office Managing Director Abdelkérim Kreich founded the N’Djamena-based firm in 2015, which offers legal expertise to clients in Chad and in the Economic Community of Central African States (CEMAC) subregion. The team of 10 professionals represents local companies, state institutions and several subsidiaries of multinational companies in industries such as banking and finance, telecommunications, media, energy, healthcare, pharmacy and aviation.
“When we founded this firm, we made it a goal to be the most sought-after, trusted legal firm in Chad,” Abdelkérim said. “Collaborating with Andersen Global will allow us to expand our service offerings beyond Chad and the CEMAC area while still maintaining our values and vision of providing best-in-class services to clients in a seamless manner. We look forward to working with the member firms and collaborating firms of Andersen Global in our neighboring countries – Nigeria, Niger and Cameroon – as well as globally.”
Andersen Global Chairman and Andersen CEO Mark Vorsatz added, “Africa continues to serve as an important market for global business, and our organization has ambitious plans to continue our expansion efforts on the continent. Abdelkérim and his team demonstrate their commitment to independence and passion for stewardship and strive to make a difference in Chad by setting the standard for legal practitioners. The addition of Kreich Avocats is another foundational building block for our platform in Africa.”
Andersen Global is an international association of legally separate, independent member firms comprised of tax and legal professionals around the world.
